Every Saturday morning, we go over to our director's house and spend the morning helping him and his family with yard work and stuff like that. Then after we are done, we eat together and get to play with their children (They have 9 children!). I've enjoyed this time, more for the lessons learned than the hard work itself. But it makes me appreciate all the hard work that my parents did for our family. Parents have jobs, children to take care, houses to take care, and many are involved in their church. After a long and busy week, our team (Alyssa, John, Stephanie, and myself) decided to go to the beach after church on Sunday. The beaches are around 1 hour away from where we live. W e had a great time playing in the waves and just swimming. I really enjoy our team and the fellowship that we get to have. It's a great encouragement to me. It was Alyssa's first time going to a beach on the East coast!
Just thought I would throw in a picture of some of our crazy Florida State fans! There was around 8 or so guys that painted up for the game this past Saturday. Which we lost :(
